Official Server Rules & Guidelines
RACE LEADER RULES
The Race Leader holds the highest responsibility within each race. This position is entrusted to players who demonstrate leadership, fairness, and dedication to the race and the server.
To maintain order, balance, and fair competition, all Race Leaders must follow the rules below:
๐1. Leadership Responsibility
- โขThe Race Leader must guide and coordinate their race during Chip War, PvP battles, raids, and major events.
- โขRace Leaders must encourage teamwork and unity among all guilds within their race.
- โขDecisions made should always prioritize the benefit of the entire race, not personal or guild advantage.
๐ฌ2. Communication
- โขRace Leaders must maintain active communication with their race members through in-game chat, Discord, or official channels.
- โขImportant war strategies and announcements must be clearly communicated before and during Chip War.
โ๏ธ3. Fair Play
Race Leaders must always follow the server rules and fair play policies.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- โExploiting bugs or game glitches
- โEncouraging illegal activities or abuse of mechanics
- โUsing third-party programs or cheats
- โHarassing players or promoting toxic behavior
Violation may lead to removal from the Race Leader position or further penalties.
๐ค4. Respect and Sportsmanship
Race Leaders must set a positive example for the community.
They must:
- โขShow respect to other races, guilds, and players
- โขAvoid toxic behavior, insults, or drama
- โขPromote healthy competition
โฐ5. Activity Requirement
Race Leaders must remain active and present during important server activities:
- โขChip War
- โขMajor PvP events
- โขRace meetings or strategy planning
If a Race Leader becomes inactive for an extended period, the administration reserves the right to replace them.
๐จ6. Abuse of Authority
Race Leaders must not abuse their position. (May result to Sanction)
๐จ This includes:
- โFavoring only their own guild - It is not possible that if your guild has an enemy or rival in your race, you will use your race leader power to sanction your enemy guild. (if it is proven that the RL power was used just for this it will lead to management sanction)
- โPutting Wanted level on the player just because you want your guild to farm on that spot may call as power abuse. (if proven it will lead to management sanction)
- โPutting Wanted level on the player just because you want your guild to get there spot for leveling, may call as power abuse. (if proven it will lead to management sanction)
- โPutting Wanted level to higher level player because of suspicion without any hard evidence (may lead to management sanction)
- โNever do a power tripping wanted level on a player. (it will management lead to sanction) "always put valid and right reason on wanted race announcement"
๐จ Level of sanction for race leader who is proven guilty:
- ๐1st Offense - Warning and Removal of wanted level to innocent player.
- ๐2nd Offense - 1 day Ban
- ๐3rd Offense - removal from the position of race leader (The Left Consul will automatically replace Race Leader and He has the power to choose who will replace left consul position)
๐ฎ7. Cooperation with Game Masters
Race Leaders must cooperate with Game Masters and server administrators whenever needed.
They may also help:
- โขReport bugs
- โขReport exploiters
- โขMaintain race discipline
โก8. Administration Rights
The server administration holds the final authority regarding the Race Leader position.
Administrators may:
- โขRemove or replace a Race Leader
- โขInvestigate misconduct
- โขEnforce penalties when necessary
