Start Quest
Level 31 armor: People often skip this quest, even though it's a great starting point.
You can use level 31 armor to level up until you reach level 35. I think level 31 armor is crucial because it helps you level up faster!
To start the level 31 Armor Quest, make sure you have reached level 20 and not more than 30. If you have reached level 20, immediately go to the Potion NPC in Bellato HQ and start the quest.
1️⃣Chance for Accumulating Credits
Need to talk to Liar, the aide in order to grasp the increased opportunity of citizenship. Liar is in front of HQ.
Once you click CONVERSATION with Aide NPC (Bellato HQ), quest "Unstable Loot" will start.
2️⃣Unstable Loot
Need to collect 20 louis mika, unstable booty item. Can be acquired from the monsters in the wasteland of HQ or around the settlement. Need to talk to Liar, the aide, when acquired.
Where to loot Unstable Ruy Mica:
Unstable Ruy Mica dropped from monsters:
- •Grumble Hook
- •Crawler Cast (Normal)
- •Crook (Normal)
Go to Solus Settlement, you will find Crawler Cast and Crook in the outer of Solus. Kill them, and don't forget to loot the item drops!
Aide NPC located in Bellato HQ. Click CONVERSATION with him to get next quest.
3️⃣Returning Machine
Return Supersonic cutter that an aide, Lier used, to original owner, El Runa, potion Vendor in HQ.
Reward - Choose one:

- •31Lv Protector Exchanger [Ranged]
- •31Lv Protector Exchanger [Force]
Combine the Exchanger (Lv 31 Armor Coupon Ticket) with combination menu on HERO NPC. Combination costs 100,000 Dalant.
4️⃣False Accusation
Need to talk to inspector Honky, to receive the Loyal summons.
⚠️ CAUTION: Jade of Punishment
Abandoning this quest will result in having PERMANENT Jade of Punishment!
Still in Bellato HQ, find Inspector Honky near Projectile Consumable Vendor and TOOL NPC.

How to Remove Jade of Punishment:
Activate Quest by clicking QUEST with TOOL NPC in Solus Settlement. The jade cannot be destroyed or sold until the cause of the punishment has been resolved.
5️⃣Help to the Millionaire
Need to talk to David Kham, the assistance of a billionaire J, around the Unmanned Drilling machine in Anacaade settlement.
Go to Anaacade Settlement via Bellato HQ's main portal. Then go straight to Crawler High area, you will find him near Anaacade NONE-PERSONNEL BORING MACHINE (Settlement Mining). Click CONVERSATION with him.
6️⃣What Millionaire J Does
Collect 5 pieces of the body of the ship swallowed by the mass sandworm to help the Billionaire J. Need to deliver the item to David Kham, the assistance near the Unmanned Drilling Machine in Anacaade settlement.
Where to loot Old Piece of Aircraft:
Old piece of aircraft dropped from monsters:
- •Meth Sandworm
Go to Solus Settlement, and then go to Solus Plain → Crawler Wood. You will find Mass Sandworm / Meth Sandworm near Bellato saving point. Kill them, and don't forget to loot the item drops!
After collecting 5 of Old piece of aircraft, go back to Secretary of Nabob again. Click CONVERSATION to him.
Reward - Choose one:
- •30x Bust Potion [Quest]
- •30x Protect Potion [Quest]
7️⃣Something in Need
Talk to Duna, miscellaneous Vendor, to ask Supersonic cutting machine requested by kahm, Secretary.
Reward:
Sonar Generator
8️⃣Credit Recovery
Deliver Jade of punishment and supersonic cutter, after talk to Honki, the inspector, to recover deprived merit.
Once you click CONVERSATION with Inspector Honki, your Jade of Punishment and the cutter will be removed from your bag. And you will get Jade of Vitality (Rental item).
